Do you like listening to podcasts? I love podcasts and listening to them are actually part of my self-care routine. This free form of entertainment is my favorite go to when I am looking for some day to day inspo.
There are many, many lists of awesome podcasts to choose from. There is a podcast for everyone on just about everything, especially when it comes to personal growth and wellbeing.

This one is for the spirit junkie. I know for myself a lot (and I mean a lot) of my mental health related issues were rooted in disconnection from my inner self. If you feel the same way then this podcast is for you. Listening to Agape really makes you feel like you are a part of a spiritual community. What you'll get out of it - a lifted spirit.
Steve and Michelle mix inspiration and comedy perfectly. They have built a devoted following because these two are contstantly engaging with their audience. They really do care about you and your well being. I just love them and so will you. What you'll get out of it - new friends and a new perspective about yourself, because sometimes you do just have to laugh life off before you go crazy!
